Tom Campbell Inspects Termite Damage

A rough but important day out of the office:
A hardworking couple spent a lifetime working to buy a house and now two-thirds of it (including every room except two bedrooms) must be torn down because it is collapsing from termite and fungus damage two successive termite companies failed to report or prevent. Unfortunately the sewage pipe for the only bathroom came loose prior to the inspections in preparation for a May trial. But it had to be inspected. Two Campbell Law attorneys and one expert crawled through the sewage to inspect. Neither of the defense lawyers would even stick their heads into the crawl space. Only two of six defense "experts" who visited the home in Jacksonville, Alabama today would go under the house. But at Campbell Law, we agree with John Wayne’s character in Stagecoach: "Well, there's some things a man just can't run away from."
