Motel 6 Throws in the Towel

A bed bug infested Motel 6 in Mobile "throws in the towel" and permits a judgment to be taken against it for Deceptive Trade Practices. Having taken a similar case to trial in Chicago and losing 1.5 million dollars, it apparently did not want to face a jury in Alabama. All that remains is for the judge to decide how much the hotel has to pay the lawyers for the victim (us). Motel 6, “we’ll leave the bed bugs for ya’.”
